Registrations and updates sent by work partners (or entered by staff). Approve only after checking GSTIN on the GST portal and bank details against the cancelled cheque. The person who entered an assisted registration should not approve it.
Who can do what – for RFQs. Confirmed by purchase, self-declared by the partner in the portal, AI from the analysis of past supplies, past supplies = items / charges booked against the partner in Tally (keyword match – confirm or reject on the partner page).
